Once a print has been shipped, the sale is final. Refunds are subject to a 5% charge to cover nonrefundable transaction fees assessed to us by our payment processor. We keep an archived copy of the source file for ten days after your print is delivered. In the event that your print arrives damaged, notify us promptly to make arrangements to return it for a replacement. We carefully package every print in an architectural mailing tube to protect it in transit. The high-resolution source file in our possession is deleted after ten days from the date of confirmed delivery, at which point you own the only iteration of the artwork. The same care should be taken to protect it from loss, damage, or theft as you would take with any other irreplaceable work of art.
