Golabuk grew up in New York City, running through the echoing corridors of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art, and has been involved in the arts most of his life—as a professional musician, ballet dancer, and internationally acclaimed author. After COMPLETING Fine Arts graduate study at the University of Florida IN 1980, he became an award-winning creative director AND graphic designeR. Employing a range of digital techniques, Golabuk produces minimalist, abstract images of smoky figures and elemental landscapes designed to evoke deepLY SUBJECTIVE responses.
